For participation in national equestrian competitions the horses having national passports registered in Equestrian Federation of Kazakhstan are allowed.
Fees for National Passport are 30 US Dollars for Federation's Members and 100 US Dollars for other individualss and organizations.
The completion of the national passport is made by the veterinaries of horse owner.
National Passport registers in Equestrian Federation only after its completion.
When the horse owner is changed it is necessary to re-register the passport.
It is the responsibility of the horse owner to keep the National Passports properly. If you have lost the passport you may obtain a duplicate of your passport. You should pay for duplicate the full cost of the passport.
The horse owner or his/her representative can obtain the national passport, having completed the below application and transferred the appropriate sum to bank account of the Equestrian Federation of Kazakhstan.
Application for obtaining National Horse Passport (MS Word)For participation in international equestrian competitions the horses having international (FEI) passports registered in International Equestrian Federation (FEI) are allowed.
The horse owner can obtain the international passport (valid within 4 years) under the application in Equestrian Federation of Kazakhstan. Fee for FEI Horse Passport is 220 US Dollars.
In order to obtain FEI Horse Passport the horse must have National Passport.
The completion of the international passport is made only by the FEI veterinary delegates.
When the horse owner is changed it is necessary to re-register the passport.
When the name of the horse is changed, it is necessary to re-register the International Passport.
It is the responsibility of the horse owner to keep the FEI Passports properly.
The horse owner or his/her representative can obtain the international passport, having completed one of the below applications and transferred the appropriate sum to bank account of the Equestrian Federation of Kazakhstan.

As approved by the 2005 FEI General Assembly, all horses and riders competing in FEI events in all disciplines must annually register with the FEI. There will be no exceptions - you must have an active FEI Registration Number prior to starting an FEI level competition.
This registration is in addition to acquiring a passport or horse recording.
The registration fee through the Kazakhstan National Equestrian Federation
is 20 US Dollars per horse and 20 US Dollars per rider.
